Hennigan Engineering supports a wide range of Federal and State agencies and design/build contractors with cost effective surface preparation, hydrodemolition and coating application services.
As our ultra high pressure water jetting and waterblasting process is environmentally safe, more and more construction firms, as well as State and Federal inspectors, are specifying water jetting as a preferred method of surface preparation on steel and concrete structures. We have customized our equipment to handle high production jobs where schedule compliance is critical. 300-800+horsepower waterblast pumping systems can be accurately dialed in to provide 0-10,000 psi for surface cleaning and decontamination, 10,000-20,000 psi for concrete cutting and hydrodemolition or 20,000-40,000 psi for coating removal and surface preparation prior to recoating.
Whether the job involves new construction coating, prep and paint of a highway overpass, or major concrete hydrodemolition like the work we support for Boston’s $15 billion Big Dig project, Hennigan Engineering has the experience and equipment to get the job done right.
